STUDIO POLICIES

•  TUITION

1. The tuition is a flat rate and is non-adjustable and non-negotiable.
2. Tuition is due at the first of the month and may be paid online via bank transfer or in cash at the studio.

• STUDIO CONDUCT
• STUDENTS

1. Please come on time and prepared for class. Phones and other electronics should be turned off or set to silent. Only water is allowed on the dance floor; no food or non-water beverages. 

• PARENTS

1. Please allow your child to participate with minimal interruption and follow the drop-off policy.
2. Phone conversations and loud electronics should stay outside the studio.
3. Please supervise young children/ PreBallet kids in the waiting area, and understand that "Ballet Dimension" is not responsible for children dropped off early or picked up late.
4. Please treat the "Ballet Dimension" studio, staff, and volunteers with respect.​

•  ​CANCELLED CLASSES​

1.  In the event of illness or emergency, "Ballet Dimension" reserves the right to cancel or postpone any class. Compensatory classes for the missed class(es) may be scheduled or offered as necessary.

• ​HOLIDAYS

1. No classes are held on German federal holidays.
2.  Please note that "Ballet Dimension"  does not offer compensatory classes for these days.

• PERFORMANCES
• PERFORMANCE OPPORTUNITIES

1. Ballet Dimension acknowledges the importance of performing as an essential part of dance education. Performance opportunities will be available throughout the year according to the assessment of the instructors.

• COSTUME FEES AND POLICIES

1. COSTUMES: Ballet Dimension requires performers to purchase and keep their costumes.
2. PERFORMANCES HELD ON CLASS DAYS: In the event that a dress rehearsal or performance is held during the time of a regularly scheduled class, no makeup classes will be offered.
